Liverpool One’s Youth Mental Health Day

To celebrate Liverpool One’s Youth Mental Health Day, the RAISE Mental Health Promotion Team were onsite to raise awareness of the support available through the Liverpool CAMHS partnership, and the current Reach Out campaign to young people and their families.

The team delivered a mind apple workshop, inviting the public to think about what things make them happy, giving out emojis and brain squishes to those who participated. University students were shown the Reach Out page which details a range of links and resources to support their mental health and it was great to chat with some children who had taken part in ROCKET as well as young people who were involved in NOW FEST.
