Liverpool
Mental Health Support Team
Provide direct support in schools, providing early intervention for children with low-level/emerging anxiety, low mood, phobias and related challenges. Support can be delivered through 1:1 sessions, group work, or work with parents/carers. The team also deliver workshops and assemblies, in partnership with other CAMHS services, around general wellbeing and resilience.
Mental Health Support for Children & Young People
A partnership of NHS providers and 3rd sector organisations working together to deliver services for children and young people aged 0-25 and their families, across different levels of need, from prevention – being mentally healthy – to high levels of specialist help.

YPAS’s Walk-In Support Hubs provide a safe space for children and young people to come to. Trained professional staff will listen and support them through difficult times.

Talk Liverpool (Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression) is an Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service. A free NHS service offering psychological therapies to adults in Liverpool who are feeling depressed or anxious.

Mental Health Support Team service will provide direct mental health support to 40 primary and secondary schools in Sefton.
CAMHS
The Sefton CAMHS Team is a multi-disciplinary team who work with children and young people with varying difficulties, including low mood, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, behavioural difficulties and trauma.
