Who the course is for: This course is for those working with children and young people (in any capacity), and parents, carers, or those caring for children and young people.
About this course:
This bite-size course is aimed at anyone caring for or looking after young people who may be experiencing anxiety, and ways in which we can help them to manage their anxiety.
Learning outcomes:
- Exploring ways to help manage anxiety
- Exploring the anxiety umbrella and the signs and symptoms of what to look out for
- Gaining tips to help support and manage anxiety levels and to know where to signpost
Time length: 1 hour
Delivery method: Online via Zoom. A link will be emailed out to you a few days beforehand.
