Who the course is for: 

Anyone who cares for or works with children and young people.

About this course:

This course delves deep into the reasoning behind all behaviour and that all behaviour is a form of communication, focusing on basic needs, developmental levels, trauma induced thinking and children’s solutions to a problem.

Learning outcomes:

  • To understand when children’s identities form and behaviours presented throught the stages
  • To reflect on emotive behaviours and responses and to understand why they might present as problems
  • To gain tools to implement ideas and signpost for support

Time length:

1 hour
