Who the course is for: this course is for those working with children and young people (in any capacity), and parents, carers, or those caring for children and young people.
About this course: Delivered by the MYA RAISE Team, this bitesize session on managing challenging conversations addresses how to communicate in a conscious, empathetic and non-judgemental way in various situations with children and young people.
Learning outcomes:
- To understand the impact of our words and the way we have conversations
- To reflect on the art of active listening
- To respond in a more compassionate way
Time length: 1 hour
