In line with the national approach to promoting children and young people’s mental health support in the broader context and alleviating the typical stigma associated with CAMHS as a clinical term, the Liverpool CAMHS Partnership is now known as: Mental Health Support for Children and Young People in Liverpool.

Led by Merseyside Youth Association’s RAISE Team, the extensive review was carried out in partnership with local mental health service providers. The team consulted with young people and the local workforce that works to support the 16-25 cohort.
YPAS Walk-In Support Hub (WISH) provides same-day mental health support for children, young people, and families in Merseyside. Formerly known as Alternative to Crisis drop-in, the service continues to offer the same support across all three hubs in Merseyside.
