The teams work collaboratively and in partnership with cross-sector services within health, education and social care

Wellbeing Practitioners

Wellbeing Practitioners support children and young people to address their mental health and wellbeing difficulties by providing a range of clinical interventions, psychosocial education and wrap-around support.

Requirements: Social work/ mental health/youth work or IAG qualification to degree level or equivalent is essential, as is post qualification experience

Salary: NJC SCP: 20 – 22 (£26,446 – £27,514)
Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term (possibility of permanent – pending funding)
Hours: 35 hours per week

Young Person Therapists

Young Person Therapists provide a range of therapeutic interventions for children and young people aged 12-25 years whose lives are impacted by their mental health and emotional wellbeing difficulties.

Salary: NJC SCP: 23 – 25 (£28,226 – £30,095)

Primary Care Liaison (PCL) Practitioners

PCL Practitioners work as part of our Primary Care Liaison Team to provide a range of wellbeing clinics across clinical networks and secondary schools; providing assessments and interventions to address low to moderate presentations.

Requirements: Social work/ mental health/youth work or IAG qualification to degree level or equivalent is essential, as is post qualification experience.

Salary: NJC SCP: 20 – 22 (£26,446 – £27,514)

Crisis Coordinator

The Crisis Coordinator will oversee the delivery of Crisis Drop-in provision delivered across three geographically positioned community hubs and work in collaboration with our NHS partners Alder Hey and Mersey Care.

Requirements: Social work/ mental health/youth work or IAG qualification to degree level or equivalent is essential, as is post qualification experience.

Salary: NJC P01: SCP 28 – 30 (£32,798 – £34,373)
Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term (possibility of permanent – pending funding)

HR Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic HR Manager to lead on culture and practices across the charity, providing expert guidance and support.

The successful candidate will contribute to the continued development of people solutions and maintain a positive wellbeing culture.

Requirements: Diploma (level 5) or Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or Business Management is essential, as is post qualification experience.

Salary: NJC P02: SCP 33-35: (£25,991 – £27,041)
