Who the course is for: this course is for those working with children and young people (in any capacity), and parents, carers, or those caring for children and young people.
About this course: Delivered by the MYA RAISE Team, this Bitesize course delves deep into the reasoning behind all behaviour and that all behaviour is communication, focusing on basic needs, developmental levels, trauma induced thinking and children’s solutions to a problem.
Learning outcomes:
- To understand when children’s identities form and behaviours presented through the stages
- To reflect on emotive behaviours and responses and to understand why they might present as problems
- To gain tools to implement ideas and signpost for support
Time length: 1 hour
