Growing Stronger Supervision

What is it?

The Growing Stronger Supervision Offer:

• Provides a safe reflective space to share experiences, maintain communication and offer peer support.
• Offers additional support and guidance for learners’ continued professional development and efficacy in their roles.
• Considers the long-term application of the course material and addresses any issues encountered in the interim.
• Addresses the challenges and captures successes in applying the Growing Stronger Framework in professional settings.

Who’s it for?

For delegates who have attended the Growing Stronger Skilled and Leadership training.

Why do we offer supervision?

• Safe, collaborative and ethical practice.
• Skills development and training.
• Staff support and prevention of burnout.
• Evidence-based practice.

Dates

• Can Do Partnerships offers weekly supervision, which is facilitated by Kate Henderson, a CBT Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, and Trainer.
• Sessions will take place online via Zoom.

Your details will be shared with the supervisor, who will contact you with a link to attend your session.
