Anyone who cares for or works with children and young people.

About this course:

This bitesize session on managing challenging conversations is aimed at anyone working with children and young people who might benefit from opening up conversations.

Learning outcomes:

• To understand the impact of our words and the way we have conversations
• To reflect on the art of active listening
• To respond in a more compassionate way

1 hour
