This bite-size session will explore what stress is and how it feels physically and emotionally, the positive and negative effects of stress, along with dispelling myths about stress, managing our stress. Introducing the physical response of Trauma and how we better understand how our body feels after experiencing trauma, with the introduction of coping skills and some self-care strategies.
