Anyone who cares for or works with children and young people.

About the course: 

The bite size aims provide an insight around PTSD. ( post traumatic stress disorder). It will discuss the different types of PTSD, what differs from post traumatic stress (PTS) compared to PTSD, and the type of support available for individuals with PTSD, also what the research states about mindfulness activities and trauma and the importance of resilience.

Learning outcomes: 

Understand what  PTS and PTSD is.

What is available for support.

What we can do to help as individuals.
