Who the course is for: This course is for those working with children and young people (in any capacity), and parents, carers, or those caring for children and young people.
About this course: Delivered by the MYA RAISE Team, this bitesize course explores how you can help children and young people manage their anxiety, it provides tips and tricks on how to explore anxiety including signs and symptoms, with a focus on signposting to specific support services.
Learning outcomes:
- Exploring ways to help manage anxiety
- Exploring the anxiety umbrella and the signs and symptoms of what to look out for
- Gaining tips to help support and manage anxiety levels and to know where to signpost
Time length: 1 hour
Delivery method: Online via Zoom. A link will be emailed out to you a few days beforehand.
