Coping with Exam Stress Support
The RAISE Team, along with The Liverpool Learning Partnership and the Mental Health Support Teams, have produced some pre-recorded sessions for Year 11s and Sixth Formers based on the idea of Coping with Exam Stress.
The short edit is 22 minutes long, and the longer edit is 36 minutes and contains some ideas for activities to be completed after the session. There are also worksheets to go along with this, should you wish to use them: Exam Stress Sheets (1)
Within these sessions, there is a spoken word written and performed by local artist Joseph Roberts based on the thoughts of young people from across Liverpool. This can be watched separately and is four minutes long.

Joseph Roberts’ Spoken Word: spoken word
Finally, we have produced some posters based on Joseph Roberts’ spoken word. Please feel free to display these in school or share them with your pupils: exam stress posters
We hope that your pupils enjoy watching these sessions and would appreciate any feedback afterwards. Please email any feedback to admin@liverpoollearningpartnership.com
